Sleepwalking and Castles 'I'm a demon now. I will never eat or drink again. I will not understand human taste or smell the way I used too. I have left behind everyone I knew, I am dead to them.'
Ciel's thoughts had kept him silent for most of the carriage journey, when asked where they were headed Sebastian replied with home, Ciel gave no reply to this and merely shrugged uncaringly.
They had been travelling for days, overseas, through forests and over mountains only stopping when the carriage stopped for the horses to rest, or the boat had arrived at port. Ciel sat watching the days turn to nights, not a word uttered since the beginning of the journey.
